Project: Phillips Exeter Academy (Wetherell Hall)

Location: Exeter, NH.

Completed: November 2018

Jean’s Waterproofing, Inc. (JWI) received a call from Joseph Klempa, the Mechanical Services Manager over at Phillips Exeter Academy. He was looking for someone to perform injection grouting in several buildings on campus. After visiting the site and seeing the issues we were awarded the project. We started the waterproofing in the dining hall basement. after pumping urethane grout to fill any unforeseen voids we then continued pumping the acrylate to produce a barrier. This process was done a month ago in which we have seen several major rain storms. After talking with Joe he relayed to me that it was “bone dry”.
